「前台的接待女士态度很好，很专业，很和蔼，给人亲近的感觉，主动介绍周边的情况，并给出了出行的建议。房间很干净，面积不大。房间没有冷气，天气热，只能开窗，又是临街，汽车的声音很大。wifi速度很慢，不如直接用4G来的快。」

「Von Anfang bis Ende hat alles super geklappt. Die Buchung und Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Bis dato haben wir immer eine schnelle Rückmeldung erhalten. Die Wohnung ansich ist sehr gepflegt und man hat alles was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub zu haben. Mit dem Auto ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß. Wir würden dort wieder buchen.」

「Wir das sind 4 Erwachsene und zwei Hunde, haben sich richtig wohlgefühlt. Wunderbarer Wanderweg am Haus ,ideal für die Hunde. Es war sauber und gepflegt. Ein kleines Minus war die Heizung , wenn sie ansprang war sie sehr laut.」

「Die Infos zum Check In wurden nicht im Vorfeld mitgeteilt. Per WhatsApp gibt es einen virtuellen Assistenten, der nicht wirklich hilfreich war. Am Telefon wurde dann schnell eine Lösung gefunden. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und bieten viel Komfort. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Frühstückszeiten sind nicht flexibel - eine Frühstücksbox wird in einer bestimmten Zeitspanne vor die Tür gelegt. Das Hotel bietet nur drei P vor der Tür an und das nächste P Haus ist 10 min Fußweg entfernt!」

「Beautiful, clean, and spacious house, perfect for our family of 4 plus two dogs. The fenced yard was wonderful for our kids and dogs to play, and we very much enjoyed the beautiful patio. Great location, convenient to Berchtesgaden/Ramsau for sightseeing (25 min drive) and lovely to explore Bad Reichenhall. Billie was friendly and responsive, definitely recommend!」

「酒店設施普通，因為gym room和spa只提供到1晚上10點，所以很多時不能享用服務。但因為近車站，所以玩完一整天都仍能在火車站的超市補充物資，或購買平價的咖啡，酒店旁又有McDonald's，加上又近電車站總站，交通非常方便。但酒店的設施比較殘舊，垃圾桶有發現生鏽，比較難開關，淋浴缸企位有污穢，廁所抽氣慢，隔1小時才抽走真味，同時房間不知為個傳出辣椒味。」
