Whether you're looking to unwind with a book on the waters edge or explore the vibrant coastal trails and towns, there's something for everyone. Don't forget to capture the sunrises and stunning sunsets to help make your stay even more memorable.

As you enter this house on the main floor there are three steps down into the mudroom with a washer and dyer. There is an alternative entrance that requires not steps on the side of the home closest to the water. Two more steps down and you enter the open concept living room and kitchen with a table for eight people. There is also a large outdoor patio table that can easily accommodate additional friends and family coming for a visit. The oversized living room includes a large corner sofa and plenty of floor space for an impromptu dance party! The first bedroom off the back entrance has a king sized bed while the three additional bedrooms all have queen size beds. The four bedroom layout shares two bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a stand-up shower.

In addition to the ample living spaces, our location offers convenient access to local attractions and activities that cater to all ages. Embark on a day trip to nearby Mystic Seaport or the Mystic Aquarium to experience marine life and maritime history. For those who enjoy a more leisurely pace, explore the charming boutiques and artisanal shops in the nearby towns, where you'll find unique treasures and handmade goods. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the quality courses located just a short drive away, offering stunning views and challenging fairways. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, you'll find everything you need for a memorable getaway.

For dining options, indulge in the delectable seafood dishes at local restaurants, some of which offer waterfront seating for a memorable culinary experience. From fresh lobster to perfectly grilled fish, the local cuisine is sure to delight your taste buds. Don't miss the chance to sample regional specialties like clam chowder or creamy lobster bisque, prepared with locally-sourced ingredients. Common Areas

There are three grills available for your convenience and also a solo stove firepit area with eight adirondack chairs. The fire pit is on the waters’ edge and is truly a special way to end the evening and a chance to meet new people who are also enjoying a stay at one of our cottages. These spaces are a common area and we ask you to please respect other guests staying at the property who may be using these spaces and items. Thank you!!

Activities and Local Attractions

Kids can enjoy fishing and crabbing from the docks while you relax on the second-floor deck. Explore Downtown Mystic. Downtown Mystic is just over a 5-minute drive away, the journey can be enjoyed using one of our provided bikes. Mystic is home to renowned attractions like the Mystic Aquarium and Mystic Seaport. The small town of Noank also has some great on-the-water dining spots that are not to be overlooked and only 3 minutes away.
Looking for something different? Visit the award-winning wines at Saltwater Farm Vineyard or one of the many fantastic local beaches. During the summer don’t forget to walk over to Esker Point Beach for theThursday night summer concert series. Casinos like Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun are available year-round and only about 20 minutes away.
