"Water pressure was awful, barely any at all. Try not to shower here. The bathroom had “Bruno Mars” written in steam when I showered, which means it wasn’t cleaned. What else wasn’t cleaned? The vent was purely decorative because there was no fan. Check-in was helpful, but that’s the only good thing about this hotel. Good location with underground on site parking. Service at The Elm was horrific. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Nous avions réservé pour une Suite avec vue mais évidemment la Suite n’était plus disponible. Nous avons eu une chambre pour personnes en fauteuil roulant au 3è étage avec une vue sur une ruelle et un système de ventilation super bruyant. Bref disons que j’ai pas impressionné ma date!!! Ils nous o. Compensé avec abonnement et le déjeuner gratuit. Le personnage était vraiment désolé et.gentil"

"I had an excellent stay here. Super friendly and helpful staff, very kind and welcoming. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for the World Cup, too, as the stadium where the match was being played was right next to it. Would definitely stay here again given the opportunity."

"Underground parking made our trip covenient know our car was safe. Public transportation was used throughout our trip and the staff was very helpful while we navigated. The whole facility was great and extremely clean. Washer, dryer and kitchen we a much with little kids. Our kids enjoyed the pool although it was in the apartment building next door and took a little extra navigating to find it. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend."

"This is not a HOTEL. This is an apartment that is being rented out as a "hotel room". When I arrived to the location, a police officer was outside and he said that it was not a hotel but a resident building. To not go into the building since it could not be safe. I spoke to the information sent by Hotels.com and the number they use was on WhatsApp. I even went to the original location given which was in a really bad neighborhood with only bodegas, cigar stores and other simple stores. I call the supposed attendant for this location they were not helpful. I spoke to the officer and he said to file a police report. I tried to cancel with Hotels.com and they said to wait 72hrs for the correction. By the next day the supposed manager for this location stated that he will not give the refund, even though I never accepted to stay and the predicament that they put me through. They said that I should've accepted it and work with them. Hotels.com also did not helped me with the situation. I have to wait until it gets posted to create a case with my bank to get my money bank. Never again will I trust Hotels.com. DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY. IT IS A SCAM!"
