「The location to Grover Beach/Pismo Beach was very good. Also it is close proximity to picking up groceries or having Instacart deliver. The only down side was not having extra bedding in the rooms in case it is needed during a more than two night stay. Other than that it was great. Also a word of advice if you want to drive on Grover beach to hang out they have a 1000 car maximum so you need to go early pick up yourv $5 pass with In and Out access and you will be set.」

「This property is just west of Hwy 1 in Oceano. It is walkable to the beach, there is a small grocery type store a block away and a great Mexican restaurant about two blocks away. The unit I had was upstairs, very comfortable and clean. There is no air-conditioning so on a hot day it took a long time to cool down. This is very rare in Oceano where high temperatures are usually in the 60s or 70s. My hosts were very communicative but not overly so and responded to any request I had very quickly. ...
