“Close to beach. Views and location on the he island”

“We recently enjoyed a week on Amelia Island and stayed in this very nice 4th floor renovated condo. It was spacious and quiet with an awesome view of the beach and ocean and one of the nicer condos we have stayed in at Surf and Racquet. Just a short walk to the beach which was never crowded. The condo owner was very prompt in answering emails and seemed genuinely concerned that we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. A good week of R&R!”

“We loved our stay. The condo was perfect and very cutely decorated. It was very very clean! The host provided some great necessities and great towels. The hosts were very responsive in all communications. We had one small issue with the ac unit but it was resolved the very next day!! Want to say thank you to our hosts Ken and Jeannie for allowing us to stay in their condo. We loved it and we look forward to booking again.”

“Quiet complex. Gorgeous condo. Spacious. Well-appointed, especially in the kitchen. Nice to have garage with beach chairs, wagon. Easy walk across to the beautiful beach. Close to Ft Clinch St Park- an interesting outing with lots to do. We loved our little family getaway!”

“The property was exactly as described. It was clean and had a million dollar view. We were very pleased with everything. The only problem was the elevator. Only one worked for the entire visit. Really inconvenient, as it is a large property and we were on the sixth floor. Otherwise, I would recommend this property.”

“The unit was as described. Ocean Walk is walkable to the Village and to great restaurants. The ocean is only a short drive or bike ride away. Communication from the host was excellent. We loved the opportunity to use the bikes for a great price. We definitely recommend this unit and hope to return again soon.”
