“My husband and I really enjoyed this place. We stayed only one night and had planned 4. I had gone in to make the king size bed and noticed and insect crawling on the pillow. It was an adult bed bug. Looked around briefly and saw no other bugs anywhere. This ended our stay and was very satisfied with customer service from Evolve. We would like to be refunded the $103 fee you charged us when we booked this visit. Thank you”

“There were 7 adult women, we loved the 4 season room with veiw of the river. Perfect place for esrly morning coffee... The house was very comfortable, layout is a little different, but we also loved the rec room for movie night.”

“Place was very nice. Only complaint is that it is warmer upstairs so be prepared for cooler Pj’s. We even turned her down and shut vents. Otherwise great place to stay.”

“This home pretty much met all of our needs and was stocked with great supplies. Very spacious and incredible view of the Cedar River, which was serene and enchanting. It was nice to know the owners were nearby and very responsive. We will be frequent returnees as we have family there locally. We were very pleased overall with our stay and the lovelh accomodations.”

“The house was clean, comfortable and easy to host family. We came up for a wedding and celebrated a birthday at the house. There was plenty of room and the host was very welcoming. It was hard to reach her through VRBO, but she responded well to direct messages via text. I would recommend for anyone staying in the area.”

“The house was very comfortable and had all of the ammenities we needed. There was a little glitch about changing the date of check-in but was resolved quickly by Carmen. There was plenty of room for 5 of us with rooms to spare. My granddaughter was especially tickled to find several containers of toys. Beds were comfortable, the towels were nice - sometimes they are not! I would definitely recommend this spot to others. Thanks, Carmen!”
