They did their best on our stay but it was super noisy and it was very unsafe with many homeless and zombie drugged up people, stay closer to downtown. This is not safe for families

Property itself was nice and hotel staff was friendly. Restaurant staff was not so nice and food always took a long time and arrived cold. Although there are many businesses open during the day at night it’s a different story. Many homeless people in the area, would not recommend for families. Police and ambulance sirens are heard all night.

Our stay at the hotel was okay, but we were disappointed by the service and some inconvenient technical problems. The staff we interacted with were not very friendly. A specific example was when we requested an extra key card for our double room, as two people were staying. We were firmly told that only one key per room was allowed, which was an unusual and inflexible policy that created a hassle for us. Furthermore, the television was a significant frustration. It would default to a "store demo" mode every time we turned it on, forcing us to go through a complete reprogramming process just to watch TV. This was not a one-time glitch, but a recurring issue that we had to deal with multiple times. Advice for Management: Training staff on more flexible, guest-centered service and ensuring all in-room amenities are in proper working order would greatly improve the experience. We hope these points are addressed for future guests.

Lo único bueno de este hotel es la ubicación, el hotel está viejo, sucio, huele a drenaje muy descuidado. Una pena ya que su ubicación es excelente.

La ventaja del hotel es que su ubicación es muy pero muy céntrica, sin embargo el hotel considero está en malas condiciones, sucio, dañado, en las habitaciones se escucha todo el ruido, en el baño olía demasiado a drenaje. Urge le presten más atención a esos detalles, por que repito, la ubicación es excelente y considero dejan muy mal a la cadena de best western.

El check in sin ningún cuidado. Jamás me comentaron q mi desayuno estaba incluido, solo te dan una hoja con información. Entiendo que tengan alta occ, pero eso jamás se menciona cuando tardan en llevárte algo que pediste a la Hab y por el contrario puedes priorizar el servicio. Aunado a eso el baño tiene olor horrible que deben intentar quitar

La limpieza puede mejorar la realizaba hasta casi las 5:00pm A la salida nadie se ofrece a minino retirar tus maletas Para la cena a las 8 pm al pedir servicio a la habitación no tenían ya pollo En la habitación se fundió el foco de la regadera, la cortina los 4 días de estancia no pudieron abrocharla siempre estuvo colgada, el a/c se apagado una noche sin motivo
