The good thing about this hotel is the location. It's close to many sites of attraction, shops and restaurants. I didn't really like the breakfast, the room was clean, but the pillows are almost hard as a rock.

Great and clean place to stay. The Wi-Fi was hit and miss but I was out and about all day. The area is really pretty and historic. Careful at night tho. Over all I’d come back.

Older but nice hotel. Only one staff person spoke English If you leave the hotel you have to have your door keycard rescanned. Only one card per room so that was unhandy as we were not always together. It would have been way less annoying if they mentioned that when we registered. We made many many trips back to the front desk because the card didn’t work until another guest told us about it. The brunch was plentiful but never changed. We stayed 8 days and a bit of variety would have been nice. The pool area had beautiful views of Guadalajara church and other steeples but was inaccessible to two 75 year old women because the steps in were about 18” deep and the hand rails were very loose and wiggly. Pool was clean but there were no cushions for the lounge chairs. Location was good for walking to numerous squares and historical buildings. Great restaurants close by. Chai and Sandy’s both really good food.

It was a scary experience. I asked for a taxi and the receptionist said they didn’t have any service like that, which I thought that was just strange, and that we had to ask a male that was standing in front of the hotel. We asked, seemed very friendly and agreed for our pick up. Our flight was at 5am and we need it one at 2am. As we are driving to the airport he stops for 2 min next to a car. Everything is turned off lights and all. It seemed like if he was looking for someone. I asked what was he doing? He wouldn’t answer and didn’t answer. I called my daughter because I got scared. Once he heard I was on the phone with her he started driving. I kept asking him questions and he didn’t respond to any.( I felt he had a plan for me and my granddaughter where he stopped) It was HORRIBLE and TERRIFYING! I will never stay there again. One more thing I received an email saying I had to pay again because they didn’t receive my payment. This hotel is no good! Stay away from it!!!
