It was very disappointing, rooms are way too small, and prices are not very affordable, i rather stay at Barcelo or Krystal Urban

The beds were not the size advertised, they were like a full size bed (two adults can barely fit). Parking was good, no iron in the room they have 1 iron on the hallway with an iron board to share. Hotel is decent, close to a lot of entertainment.

Ubicado a un lado de la expo Guadalajara,, el personal atento y la habitación cómoda. Mi única observación es que el piso de la regadera presenta una inclinación que pudiera ser un riesgo para caída para gente mayor.

El cuarto tenía mal olor cuando llegué como si alguien sudoroso se hubiera acostado en la cama antes. La limpieza de las habitaciones la hacen después de las 2 de la tarde, entonces si regresas antes ya no te tocó. He ido a otros ibis y este es el que está en peores condiciones. Me gusta que sea ecológico, pero eso para nada debería sacrificar la limpieza. Por la ubicación y comparando con otros hoteles del rumbo está bien, pero puede mejorar.

La ubicación es muy buena y ayuda mucho que tiene estacionamiento. Deben mejorar la condicion de las camas ya que no es confortable. Me he quedado ahí varias veces pero esta vez no descancé y eso para mi es fundamental, no son camas adecuadas además se vio un poco sucio el cuarto y muy compacto pero sobre todo lo crítico fue lo de la cama que no es la adecuada, tiene una como colchoneta demasiado incómoda

No voy de compras así que no puedo opinar. Desayuno bastante bueno Le falta mantenimiento a la instalación, por ejemplo, es muy ruidoso el aire acondicionado, aunque esté apagado.
