There was mold in the shower, the majority of the staff weren’t very friendly (the housekeeping team were the nicest and most friendly) and the place had a dingy feel about it. However the pool was fine and the beds comfy enough. Not great light and a bad view

En relación calidad precio es aceptable. La habitación el piso estaba un poco sucio y pegostoso, el escusado no funcionaba, se le tenía que quitar la tapa del depósito para poder usar la palanca.

Me tardaron muchísimo en el check in y cada que me acercaba a preguntar sobre mi habitación me preguntaban mi nombre, decían q había alguien antes que yo y después me llamaban y nunca pasó! Cuando por fin pude realizar check in (el más espantoso de mi vida) llegó a un cuarto con manchas de moho en el techo del baño!! Las paredes super manchadas, como si alguien viviera ahí por años !! El aire acondicionado es bueno! Es lo que se puede medio rescatar, por que incluso pedimos room service y los nachos más feos del mundo!! Solo son unos totopos correosos y chorizo encima, no son nachos !! El guacamole es solo un aguacate a medio machacar, con totopos igual de correosos y chicharrón de la tienda ! Voy al restaurante a pedir un menú, y me dan un limón !!!! Y todavía me lo cobraron.. hay 0 servicio!! No creo regresar...
