The staff were pretty helpful and friendly at all times nonetheless the hotel lacked toiletries and a hair dryer (I had to ask for it directly to the front desk)

Real Inn in my opinion needs to do some renovation in the lobby and perhaps replacing tile in the bathroom. However, the service and staff are truly amazing. Yes I would stay there again. I am a person impressed with the look of the lobby in a hotel. I must admit though, throughout my many travels, sometimes the best, fancy looking hotels, do not offer excellent customer service. The Real Inn in Guadalajara does.

I do not recommend this hotel. It seems like they offer this specific room to people who booked through a third party. I booked the executive suite and it was not worth it.
