「I particularly enjoyed the breakfast here. The ingredients were fresh and the bread was excellent. However, out of the four coffee machines in the breakfast area, two were not working, and at times as many as three were out of order. The front desk staff were generally very good and were eager to help me with matters such as bus routes, making change, and arranging taxis. 「J’ai été à l’hôtel seulement pour 5 nuits et c’était magnifique. Le service était bien, j’ai pas dit super bien parce que certains employés n’étaient pas trop accueillant. J’avais l’impression qu’ils étaient impatients envers nos demandes. Par exemple: pour demander du café mais je disais un latté parce que c’est évident que je ne suis pas de la Guadeloupe et il fallait demandé un café au lait(qui veut dire la même chose) .
