First visit to Guangzhou, so Haijun Hotel was a perfect location for the novice tourist. Beijing Pedestrian St just a short walk as well as a nightly front seat view of the Pearl River cruisers. Modest hotel, slighly older, but staff were efficient, friendly and eager to please. Shower water pressure was excellent. All communication challenges were easily solved with handy translator apps. Breakfast buffet was generous, although a little heavy on the fried oils side. Would easily stay here again. Far from a luxury hotel, the hotel has a dated feel, yet homely and comfortable at the same time.

不要住这酒店 ! Do not stay at this hotel !

3楼是KTV , 換了3间房间, 但都听到音响歌声. 最後是开着电视才能入睡. KTV听说开到凌晨4点. 店員都用 “謊言” 來 “打退” 客人的要求 : 1. 當值女經理开始用 “巳沒有同娄型的房间 “ 為理由, 不讓我换房 ; 但最後 换的那一间 , 卻就是 同娄型的房间. 2. 盒裝紙巾没有了, 打了4次电话 , 45分鐘後 , 才拿上來. 最初給了我 一卷廁纸 , 说因为酒店里的盒裝紙巾用完了. 3. 要求向總經理投诉, 回应是他不在 , 也不知什麽時候会來上班 . 房间内的电视机很小, 舊. 發現用中文寫的評論, 酒店只回应了一个. 但用英文寫的評論, 差不多每一个酒店都有回应. 这是什麽 意思 !

Good n convenient

Hotel is quite nice ,the reception is really friendly n helpful, there r lots of restaurants there. 3 mins to the Shopping mall. Free airport pickup n drop off service. When arriving the airport, just go to information desk to call them ,n they will send a car to pick up. Really convenient

還可以

咁地鐵站有一段距離，需要走5到10分鐘。房間內可以欣賞到河景，早上提供的早餐尚算可以接受。不過每天的餐點一模一樣，都是那些腸粉、炒麵、蛋、番薯、湯麵。清潔乾淨滿意，酒店亦舒適。

The hotel is located in a commercial building with no dedicated elevators and shares elevators with many other unrelated people. There is no security guard in the lobby and there is no sense of security. Moreover, the equipment is also very old, and other floors are being renovated during the period, which is very noisy. The breakfast is small and the service is very poor.

I booked 2 king size bedrooms for 4 nights when I checked in they told us that no more king size room and they insist us to take the double bed rooms. Besides the staff are rude and no respond when we talk to them

部屋がカビ臭く、シャワースペースと部屋の扉に隙間があった為、部屋の中がびしょ濡れになった。 また、ベットメイキング時、シーツ等は全て新しいものではなく1度使ったものを元に戻しただけ。 別部屋の友人はトイレットペーパーがない、テレビ・WiFiが繋がらない、備品が埃まみれ等、散々でした。二度と行きません。
