職員態度親切,房間設備都算齊,保安很好,電梯要拍房卡才上,不過,為何雙人房只提供一張門匙卡,一個出去,留下的要問房務借卡,間房先有電用,比較唔方便,除此之外,其他的都OK

Comfortable room

We stayed at this hotel because it's near my uncle's home. We had stayed here before and had found the room spacious and comfortable. It's great when my family come over to visit because there is a sofa and a chair for them to sit which is great. Actually I have booked to stay in this hotel next week.

饭店硬件出乎意料的好。没有因为年代已久而感觉老旧。大床尤其舒服。离地铁交汇点很近。非常方便出行。但服务就比较次了。可能与国内酒店的管理有关。服务员不懂什么是服务。

Family trip

Bell boy doesn't take initiative to tell us alternative transport to take to Pearl River when we can't get a taxi at 6pm becos of peak after work traffic hours, for our cruise supposedly to be 6.40pm. He should have told us we can take train which is just 1 stop away from our hotel station.then we would not missed our cruise that evening. at the end we have to postpone our cruise, fortunately the travel agent manage to book us on another day for the cruise. Concierge does not seem to know the mrt station to take for shopping malls, or tourist attracions, they should know these information when guests ask them.

Nice clean hotel, good service, good location

Hotel and room was clean, although the rugs and furniture were a little run down. Rooms were quiet, and got a good night's sleep. Most of the younger staff were helpful and friendly, although one manager didn't seem to want to help us with a question. Hotel is well located, within walking to many attractions and close to the subway line.

YINGBIN HOTEL IN GUANGZHOU

Excellent hotel with excellent service. Alot of important travellers and official once stayed here. Very quiet and rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are very polite and courteous too. However limited amenties, no massage and convenience shop. Part of building under renovation. Worth the $$. Highly recommended From Singapore me!

Nice for the price but could do without the smell

Hotel is under going renovation, so it's a bit noisy during the day. The biggest complain is the smell of cigaret even in the non-smoking room. Other than that it was a pleasant stay at the hotel.
