An excellent holiday home

The house was lovely- well decorated and had everything we needed, including a roof terrace. The shared pool was very close by which was great. The owner kept in touch in the lead up to the holiday and we were met by someone on arrival, who was really helpful. The town was a 5min drive away, with some nice places to eat. The beach was clean and accessible. Highly recommended

Pros: Swimming pool, but unfortunately the steam, steam room were not available Relaxing in comfortable house Cons: Location, 25 minute hilly walk into town & longer to beach, have to walk past unsightly industrial area & underpass You need a car, then very difficult to park in Guardamar

Dejligt hus til familietur.

Pros: Dejligt sted. Gode faciliteter. Værten er hjælpsom og gæstfri. Husets keyholders” er utrolig hjælpsomme og ordentlige. Vi kommer gerne igen en anden gang. Cons: Vi havde en del problemer med myrer i køkkenet og stuen. Ellers var opholdet super.

Schoon en groot huis in een veilige gated community

Pros: Het zwembad is heerlijk, Guadamar kent hoge temperaturen dus afkoeling is erg belangrijk. Het huis is prachtig en je kan altijd terecht bij de host. We hebben een super tijd gehad! Je deelt wel het zwembad met 86 andere appartementen dus het kan heel druk zijn. De eigenaar heeft veel strand spullen die je gratis mag gebruiken wat top is. Er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving (Alicante, Benidorm, Valencia, Santa Polo, Tabarca eiland en Torrevieja). Cons: De handdoeken hadden gebruikssporen en vlekken, dit kwam onhygiënisch over desondanks ze gewassen waren leken ze heel vies. Ook is de WiFi en het bereik erg traag/slecht.

Pros: Mooi huis waar echt alles aanwezig was. Goede bedden, ruime woning en heerlijk dakterras. Fijn zwembad en mooie omgeving. Wij hadden een auto gehuurd en vanaf deze locatie alles goed bereikbaar.

Pros: We stayed at this property in August 2018 and had a great time . The townhouse is very modern with all the facilities you would expect . It has three large bedrooms two ensuite and one with a bathroom next to it. The property has a shared pool which is cleaned daily and there are sunbeds at the property that you take with you to he pool each day , these are high quality beds that certainly enhance your time at the pool . There is a sun terrace on the roof (but beware you have to go through the master bedroom to access it) with sunbeds , table , sofa , fridge , sink and shower . this is also where the washing machine is located . We rarely used the terrace as the temperatures were over 100C up there into the early evening . More useful were the table and chairs on the ground floor which we used for breakfast , lunch and drinks at night . This has a canopy that can be put in place to protect you from the sun when dining . The area around the complex has a supermarket about 5 minutes walk away and a pub/restaurant called Jukebox just up the road . The main town of Guardamar is about a 15-20 minutes walk away which we did not mind so did not hire a car , but if you are not physically fit or infirm a car would be a necessity . Simone from OneStopCare was very helpful making sure there were no issues during our stay and was always available if required . All in all I would highly recommend this property to anyone who would like to holiday in the Guardamar area of Spain .

Pros: We zijn een kleine week op deze top locatie geweest. Heerlijke plek om te ontspannen. Mooie ruime woning met alles er op en er aan. Weinige plekken kunnen meten aan de luxe die deze woning heeft. Modern licht ingericht. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Omgeving is redelijk goed lopend te verkennen. Mensen die wat moeilijker ter been zijn is aan te raden om auto te huren waarvoor een parkeerplaats voor de deur is gesitueerd. Dorpen/steden in de omgeving bieden vele ontspannings mogelijkheden. Kortweg helemaal TOP en we hebben al weer geboekt voor volgend jaar

Pros: Onlangs 10 dagen verbleven in Casa Estanos. Ontzettend fijne vakantie gehad! Huis is schoon, nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie ruime kamers en dakterras. Leuk zwembad aanwezig op het complex. Huis ligt centraal met vele leuke steden en dorpjes in de omgeving. Genoeg te doen, te zien en te beleven. Genoten van de Spaanse gezelligheid. Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Pros: Ontzettend mooie vakantiewoning die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Vanuit de woning op 20 minuten loopafstand van het strand en het dorp. Leuke restaurants in de nabije omgeving. Op het complex een mooi en schoon buitenzwembad met daarom heen een fijne zonneweide. Kortom een heerlijke vakantiewoning waar vanuit de omgeving ideaal is te ontdekken.

Pros: Van 18 januari 2020 t/m 22 februari verbleven in dit zeer comfortabele huis. Echt alles is aanwezig en aan alles is gedacht. Wij voelden ons hier echt heel erg thuis ! Ook de ligging van de woning is ideaal. Op 20 minuten loop afstand van centrum en strand. Ook voor wandelaars veel mogelijkheden om mooie wandelingen te maken zeker het Alfonso park. Veel leuke steden in de omgeving om te bezoeken . Wij vinden het een topplek en komen zeker terug.
