“Clean room”

“Buen ambiente y personal atento.”

“The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.”

“Crean room.”

“Excelente”

“Toallas limpias, cama limpia, mal olor y mal estado de los cuartos.Necesitan mejorar apariencia , todo esta en malas condiciones, decoracion fatal , los cuartos lucen sumamente deteriorados y viejos.”

“We were literally the only guests at the entire property. Although the grounds were maintained, it had the vibe of an abandoned property and it’s out in the middle of nowhere. The surrounding scenery is gorgeous, but we didn’t feel comfortable staying the night as there was no hotel Employee on property past 10pm. Our car was the only one in the parking lot when we checked in at 4pm and when we came back from dinner around 830pm. Additionally the room we stayed in on the 2nd floor had a……

“每次来到Ponce都住这家Hotel.有回家的感觉”

“Very good location. Easy to walk to the good restaurants. ”

“The hotel is clean and cozy. The esthetics are beautiful and well kept. Our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel has 2 amazing areas, with a bar which opens on weekends only. The pool is very nice. I did suggest to a staff member that guests should be provided with wristbands. This will keep guests safe, and they’ll be able to identify who’s a paying guest and who’s not. The hotel has 3 entrances, and anyone can walk right in. Besides that, I would definitely come back and refer to……

“Caminar por el área, llegar al Río es muy amplio. Desayuno muy limitado”

“We had a lovely stay here! The communication was super quick and helpful from the start. The place had everything we needed and was very comfortable and cozy. We especially loved the sweet little seaside courtyard—such a sympa spot to relax! Highly recommended.”

“It was absolutely excellent and I loved every minute of it and the people were very friendly and decent and can speak two languages. I recommend it to everybody. I've been coming here for a very long time and now they feel like family. And the surrounding areas. There's live music. There's karaoke this dancing. They didn't even have a band stand where they play live music. They even have boat rides with little boats or fairies where they go out there at night or during the day all around this……

“Very clean room. Staff was very friendly.”

“酒店的工作人员态度非常好，如果你来这里看Bio Bay或者潜水，都非常推荐这家酒店！唯一不好的就是房间里面没有Wifi信号。”
