The house was perfect for us with a one-year-old and three-year-old, including the way the pool is situated and built. And you can't beat a heated pool in November! Perfect ocean views too. Obtaining the key required traveling to a sister hotel over a mile away. We were told "They were having internet problems". The coffee machine had a cup of stale coffee in the overflow well. There was poor communication in the room about the location of items like the ice machine. It turns out the machine was a block away in a separate building. And so……
