「We will certainly never use any property managed by Avari Properties again. And probably not VRBO as you support their business practices. We had a view of the dumpster and a janky parking lot when the main view showed was of a green space and water. A view of a parking lot (noDumpster) was shown but 6 photos in and not consistent with actual view. The building entrance was filthy. They have denied any type of refund or credit which is a small act for our inconvenience. Happy to submit a photo.」

「This is a fantastic property! My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. The included beach chairs and umbrella was an extra bonus that was wonderful. We rented bikes and were able to keep them in the provided parking spot in the garage with our car. The condo is close to everything and especially close to Peg Legs which is one of our favorites.」
