When you arrive you'll find plenty of driveway parking available for two vehicles and a third can be parked on the street. Head up the stairs to the front door and enter into the spacious living room that is open to the dining area. Just off the dining area is a small balcony that is perfect for watching those gorgeous Florida sunsets. The remodeled kitchen may be small but it has everything you need to prepare full meals for the family. There is also a convenient half bath just off the living area. Head downstairs to find the two queen bedrooms and huge full bathroom. There is also a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
One of the bedrooms has a back door with direct access to the back deck and open grass lot overlooking the canal. Enjoy fishing from the seawall, grilling out on the porch, or just relax with your morning coffee on the back deck. Relaxing is easy here in this quiet neighborhood.
