「Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!」

「Staff was exceptional and kind. They let us store luggage before check in and after check out which was incredibly helpful. Lodging was clean and roomy! Breakfast was delicious and charming. Navigating the bus system was easy peasy as well which added to the charm! Would recommend staying here and would happily stay here again.」

「We had a mixed experience. You are ‘welcomed” with signs about the keypad to get in, signs asking guests to “lose your shoes” and inspirational quotes such as “Arrive as strangers, leave as friends.” Unfortunately, this didn’t reflect our experience, as we didn’t meet the people running the property On the positive side, we were allowed an early check-in, which was much appreciated. There is also a large communal lounge and a well-equipped guest kitchen. However, our room was incredibly small...

「I was so disappointed with my room. Completely overpriced for what it was. I got the 1 bedroom suite for my mom & I. Advertised as 1 bedroom with an additional queen bed, The queen was a pullout couch, which had a horrible mattress, not suitable for a comfortable bed. My mom’s mattress in the bedroom wasn’t much better. The first morning we didn’t have hot water. Was told to run the water until it ran hot. That took over an hour. The next morning we didn’t have hot water again. Basic...

「The property is well maintained and you get what you would expect with a budget hotel. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating and helpful the staff were and how quiet it was at night time. I would stay here again」
