「Terrible! This property is sadly neglected and has unacceptable aesthetic, and maintenance deficiencies. 「What made this property and stay extraordinary was the host. Juliette was so wonderful! She made us an amazing to-order breakfast. She gave us a box to safely travel with a fragile purchase. She got a map and marked it all up for us with recommendations on what to see and where to go on a lovely hike, plus with the scenic route to get there. 「Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!」

「The bedding had poop and blood stains and the brown girl at the desk double charged me. They don’t provide breakfast other then juice and coffee and yogurt and the rooms are dated and musty. I grew up in Duncan and moved to Ontario and travel for work but the standard this place had put the bar in hell and you have to limbo under it. 10/10 do not recommend.」

「The room was basic and clean.Air conditioner worked well.Surprising choice of TV options. Fridge and freezer both worked well.Downside for me was no blowdryer in the bathroom but I would stay here again.」

「The rooms have been recently renovated. The carpet is beautiful and plush. The decor looks very chic. There is a nespresso machine in each room. The TV and all the plugs are upgraded. Lovely stay!」

「The resort is in a nice location and the view from our room was beautiful. However, the room itself is quite run down (stained carpet, chipped furniture, broken blinds). There is no A/C, so the room was very warm in the afternoon and evening. The ceiling fan, and the extra fan the hotel provides, didn’t really help to cool the room down.」
