Paint on a pig

This property is in much need of some work. The dishwasher was not attached to cabinet. It leaked so we had to wash dishes. The toilet in the master bedroom was wobbly. We had to call maintenance. The day we were leaving, out by 10 am, the housekeeper was knocking on the door at 8:45!
