Beach Getaway

Nice little condo. Close to beach access. It was too cold to use the outdoor pools but we enjoyed the indoor pool. Hot tub was a little cold. But otherwise we enjoyed the pool area. Condo is small but well organized for the space. Fit our family of well.

Girls beach trip 2024

The condo was very nice. It wasn't far from the beach. The pools were a great place to go after the beach. We had a great time. The condo microwave went out and the host responded with her maintenance crew very quickly and although they weren't able to get a new one in they did compensate for dinner!

Awesome place!

We had a great time

Our family spent almost every day at the beach. We visited the old fort down the road. We explored the town, shopped a bit, and ate at a couple pretty good places. I had some good peal and eat shrimp from down the street. The Dollar General was very close and had a lot of what we needed. Walmart was also fairly close. Lambert's Cafe and the outlet mall were pretty close and we enjoyed them. There were many other things we would have done if we had more time. The condo had what we needed to have several meals that we fixed ourselves. The mattress in the main bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. We got a box fan to cover noises from people around us, and that worked well. Pools were great. Hot tub was hot. Beach and beach access were great.

Beach trip

Much smaller than expected. Towels were like sand paper. To long of a walk to the beach. My daughter left her make up and we emailed the owner and asked it to be returned and she didnt respond to email so she sent her a text and the lady got mad my daughter texted her. Our people in the building was loud and would bang on the door late at night. We travel a lots and dont recommend this stay.

The condo was nice clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us it had a nice view on the ocean and had a restaurant on the property basketball courts tennis courts indoor and outdoor pool a short walk to the beach we really enjoyed ourselves and the first condo I stayed in in a long time that had all the pots and pans and stuff the only thing I didn't like was I lost my parking pass and the man at the gard shack told me he couldn't let me in in less I buy another parking pass I don't think that was right you got all my info and see where I paid for one but made me pay for another but over all the stay was good

Excellent condo

We really enjoyed our time at plantation west and loved working with Jackie and Mel on the rental! Condo was clean and large enough for our needs. Deck was nice with SE view. Beach was great but since temps were a bit cool while there we got lots of use out of the west hot tub and indoor pool closest to us too

Fun February

Though 13 miles from the city enter, we found several fun foodie spots nearby our condo-Tacky Jacks and Sassy Bass-this one was further west and on the left side of the highway. We loved being able to go over to Kiva Dunes to the driving range to work on putting and chipping-no payment required but there was a range fee. Beach was amazingly clean, ocean always fascinating.

Beautiful Stay

I visited with my 2 daughters. The place was beautiful, private, and we felt very safe. We had a fun time. Checking in and out was easy. Everyone was very helpful. The beach was beautiful and private. We loved eating at Sassy Bass and the condo we stayed in was clean and roomy. We hope to go back. Great memories with my girls. Thank You

Has potential

Location in proximity to the beach was great. The decor was beautiful. Unfortunately that’s about the only good things to say. It was impossible to be comfortable inside the condo. The couch shown in the listing has been replaced with a tiny super uncomfortable futon. It is not big enough for 2 adults to sit on and the only other lounge seating is a single chair. The master bedroom mattress is beyond firm. It felt like sleeping on concrete. The coffee table has bolts missing. And actually having coffee in the morning was a chore. There were 3 coffee pots but only 1 worked. After figuring out which one worked it wasn’t a problem, except there is only 1 coffee cup in the whole place. This place has so much potential but needs some furtinure replaced.

Very clean and easy to book. Room was well stocked with basic amenities. Room numbers could be more viable from parking lot upon initial arrival. Views of the beach were enjoyable. Master bed was a little firm and residents in the room directly above us were rather loud (walking). Overall, will definitely consider booking again in the future

Host was extremely Rude

I have to say we were extremely excited for this trip. When we arrived It was very hard to check in because the email came from a different source other than VRBO which is what all other emails had come through as which was not communicated. Extremely difficult to find the room and we had to ask several people how to find it. Our room code would not work correctly and when we called the host she was extremely rude and her tone was that of you are bothering me instead of being helpful. She wanted us to go about our vacation and leave our stuff in the room and chance somebody stealing our stuff or not go anywhere. When we told her those options were not accommodating her response was I have done all I can and have helped extremely. She had done nothing up to this point. I am the one who asked if there was another room not her and when we looked at it, it was not near as nice as what we had. They ended up taking the beautiful couch that was supposed to be in our condo the day before we arrived and replaced it with a futon. We were not compensated for that either and it was extremely uncomfortable. She did finally refund us one night of our stay but refused to refund part of the cleaning fee and taxes we paid. I do not recommend going through this host. H3er attitude is what did it for us. Just completely Rude. I travel with VRBO often and have never had an experience quite like this one!

Great condo on the beach!

very nice condo for beach vacation and loved location and how close to beach! property mgr very responsive and easy check in and out. exactly like the pictures with exception of mgr had to swap out the couch for a futon in living rm but informed us. only con would be the beds are all on firm side and not very comfortable. we just put extra folded blankets under sheet for more padding.

Cute place

Location was great with a very short walk to beach and outside bar . Condo was very clean and super cute decor... but coffee maker was broke and a new one was not brought to us like promised 😕. I saw that in another review so I don't know what's going on with that. Lastly the futon couch is very uncomfortable. This place needs a loveseat . There were 3 of us adults and we all switched using the one chair that was comfortable in the condo. Other than the coffee maker and seating in the living room it's a really cute place and very close to everything pool beach etc the whole resort was very clean and pretty.
