Beach View Condo. Professionally Cleaned, Flexible Booking!

  • This great Gulf Shores rental features a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico. This two-bedroom, 2-bath Southern Sands vacation side unit rental is only 1/4 mile from Highway 59, and is within walking distance of all the main activities in Gulf Shores. It was remodeled recently fly and looks beautiful!!! This condo has a super low density with only 18 units so our beach is never overly crowded. Condo is nicely decorated and includes a fully-equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances.There is a large living area with cable smart TV. Relaxing is easy in the living room with its private balcony overlooking the Gulf and the swimming pool. Never knowing what unexpected circumstances may arise we We highly recommend getting the trip insurance to protect yourself ! You Really need to come enjoy yourself here. Beach chairs listed under amenities are available for rent from spring through September. We have only one rule: Relax, Relax, and Enjoy

Absolutely beautiful space. Clean and well stocked of necessities and extra towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Laundry is not in the unit, it is coined across the hallway- so that is one thing to know. But otherwise a great view of the ocean and so close to all the restaurants and stores!! We would stay here again!

Lots of room

It was great. Great location. Lots of space. 2 bathrooms! It was a little hard to find. Maps takes you to a condo down the road but we found it.

Great location and cozy condo

The condo was perfect, we had no issues with the unit. I liked that we were by the laundry room and elevator. I do wish the beach were a little cleaner (like the pic on the listing) out to the main beach and that the owners would invest in a board work to the beach so it was easier to carry all of our beach gear. But overall, we had a great stay and didn’t want to leave lol.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and accommodated our family of six (2 adults and 4 children) perfectly. It had everything we needed, and the location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach, which made it so convenient with kids.We had no complaints about the home itself. Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation.

Check in and communication was easy and went so smooth . Great location , short walk to beach and walking distance to shops and eating places . The mattresses were VERY firm and would have loved ceiling fan in bedrooms ( but that’s me ). Also I all had everything you need to have a great vacation. Met a lot of nice people and weather was great ( after Bertha left ) .

Great location so close to the beach. A walkway to the beach would be a little beneficial but you make it work! Check in and contacting the owners was all convenient!

There are several stores and restaurants within walking distance. We didn't get much sleep on our trip, because both of the queen beds were very uncomfortable. However, over all we enjoyed our stay.

The listing doesn’t even do this Condo, location justice! Clean, very family friendly, the location was perfect, the pool was clean and very kid friendly, from the pool to walking straight on the beach. Highly recommend!

Great location. Low density complex. Clean and well equipped Condo. Plan to book again in the future. Only critical comment would be the beds. This condo could pull in a higher rate with a more comfortable mattress.
