WORST CONDO

The condo needs attention. Water stains on ceiling. Dirty rug on deck, furniture on deck has mildew. Sofa in den needs replacing, dirty and uncomfortable. Exhaust fan master bathroom does not work. Towels and washcloths need replacing, ragged. 2 wash clothes for a weeks stay?Pool closed for 2 days. 1 good thing. Keurig did not work, called and it was replaced with new one same day. Thank you.

Phoenix VI October 2022

Enjoyed our stay at Phoenix VI. Unit was as advertised, except when I looked online the walls were a nice neutral taupe/beige, when we arrived all the walls had been painted to an aqua shade. Preferred the neutral shade that I originally saw online Pool area is very nice and very easy access to the beautiful beach. Love sitting on the balcony in the early morning and evening. Will be back again in 2023!

Breathtaking beach view and the perfect place to relax.

The condo was very clean, had an amazing beach view, and was quiet. It was the perfect home away from home. Exactly what we need for a quick break away. The beaches weren’t too crowded. It was a bonus that the property offers an indoor pool, outdoor pool, and multiple hot tubs. The property also has grills available for use.

Snowbird Heaven

I spent January and February at the Phoenix V1, Unit 6512. It's the perfect location for a snowbird. There are grocery stores, restaurants and shops close by, along with the the Gulf Coast State Park within 5 miles. It's also convenient to Pensacola. The amenities at the Phoenix VI are top notch, with an awesome beach, pool and lobby. The condo itself is a great size with two generous bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked for your cooking/dining needs. The balcony has new furniture and is a great place to sit and read, eat or just stare at the water. If I had any suggestions, it would be to add a recliner or rocker to the living room, which only has a sectional couch. Seniors like to rock! I plan to return next year.

First time at this condominium, Angela switched us due to Hurricane. I am glad she had this one available it was very nice. Unfortunately due to Hurricane some of the amenities were down and building has some damage. However this was understandably and did not affect us at all. Would love to come back when everything is back operational. The Pool was very nice and we enjoyed it not being so crowded. Condo we stayed was cleaned but just a bit dated, however again still had a pleasant stay. Angela was very easy to work with and was very nice in helping me out. I would definitely use her again.
