Beautifully Remodeled! Affordable! 2 BR/2BA Cottage, A Great Vacation Spot!

Beautifully remodeled in Spring 2021! 2 Bedroom and 2 Baths, sleeps 6. 2 king master suites both with private baths and flat screen TVs. Open concept living area with deck access and enjoyable views. Completely stocked kitchen with all the necessities for your vacation. Stack washer and Dryer. Dining area with seating for 4, additional seating for 2 at the bar. Living room with queen sleeper sofa, 40" flat screen TV, DVD player, recliner and swivel rocker for relaxing. Get some sun and relax on the outdoor deck, or enjoy the private covered patio below with your own grill, swing and picnic table. Quick access to private fishing pier and boat ramp on Little Lagoon available to guests of Gulf Village only. Private pool for guests is just steps away. Two private beach access points for guests only across the street. 50 yards and you're on the sand! Shower and hose available to rinse off. Additional private beach front pool available also! Private, reserved, covered parking for 2 cars no additional charge. Beautifully decorated and very affordable.

Wonderful stay and location

The property was clean, close to the beach, and surprisingly quiet next to W Beach Blvd. The porch area was nice to relax in the morning and into the evening. The parking area was covered and had a grill and picnic table to enjoy the breeze for a meal. The kitchen needed to have some updated pans for cooking. The ones available had the non-stick covering flaking off. Was afraid to cook on those. There was a restaurant, ice cream shop, and convenience store about a 10 min walk west from the house. But since they were the only good places to walk to in the area, they were always packed. There are so many places within a short drive to eat and shop. Got to see some action at the Blue Marlin Championship at the Wharf in Orange Beach, Blue Angels performing in Pensacola, and a handful of beaches stretching from 13th Street all the way to East Point. Daniel had everything ready for our stay and was easy to communicate with. Our stay was very comfortable and cool.

Awesome Place

Danny communicates well with any questions that you ask. The place was clean & well supplied for our Thursday-Monday stay. You can sit on the porch and see the beach that is across the street. The walk to the beach is short. We definitely recommend this place

Quick Pre Easter get away

We decided last minute to go on a pre Easter two day trip. Mr. Danny called and even offered us to check in earlier than arrival time. The condo was very clean and the air conditioning was amazing. Can’t ask for a better place.

Gulf Village Condo 10/21 thru 11/2/23

The property was just as described. Very clean, well appointed kitchen, good sized bedrooms. The furniture was very clean and comfortable. Loved the front porch and the space underneath. The condo is in a great location and the rental rate was quite reasonable. Easy drive to Orange beach, Gulf State Park and Pensacola for the National Naval Air Museum and Blue Angels Practice Show, which I recommend highly! The beach across the street was a bit limited, so we found ourselves going to the Gulf State Park Beach. Worth the $10 parking fee for the day. HUGE beach, also pavilions and restrooms. Plenty of restaurants, but some were pricey. The Sunliner Diner had good food and more reasonable prices for a family. If not for the 1,000 mile drive, we would certainly go again!

Quaint ocean view property

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It wasn’t crowded and away from the majority of traffic. It had the perfect access to the beach. We definitely talked about returning to this very location. Danny was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome.
