Hated the plastic mattress pad on the king size bed in the master. Don't like sleeping on plastic and the sheets kept slipping off the corners.

Casa Del Sol B1 was a new experience for our group of ladies. As soon as we walked in, we were all well pleased. The beds were very "comfy". The kitchen was very well stocked. The balcony was a frequent meeting place especially with the beach view and the jumping dolphins. Everything made us feel that "home away from home" atmosphere.

Great 3Bed/3Bath - Just a few minor nuisances

Great condo overall. Would stay again.A few nuisances that were slightly irritating, but not a deal breaker for sure. All beds were very noisy and wobbly. There was absolutely no way to get in/out the bed without disturbing the other person in the bed with you. The fitted sheet in the main bedroom was entirely too small for the mattress and kept coming off. The owner should consider putting a deep pocket fitted sheet on the bed instead. There is nothing more annoying than a fitted sheet that won’t stay on the bed, especially when the mattress protector underneath is plastic. The condo has a pull out sofa bed, but we didn’t find any sheets/blankets for it. Lastly, the check in process could be better. We spoke to a couple different folks, one who was exceptionally friendly and one who was not as nice or helpful. We arrived early and were trying to check in early. We were told the room wasn’t ready yet, but that the cleaning lady had been there several hours so it shouldn’t be long. After waiting almost an hour, we called back. Still not ready. It was 2:50. We drove to the condo and just figured we’d wait it out. We had groceries to keep cold, etc. When we arrived, my husband just decided to walk up to see if anyone was there. All the lights were off and it didn’t appear anyone was inside, so we called back. Surprisingly, the cleaning staff had “just finished up”. The rep then proceeded to provide us another check in code. Not sure what was wrong with the other one.

Clean modern, steps to beach

Roomy with clean and modern design. Love the smaller property and ability to take stairs due to lower floor (elevator also available). LOVED 3 bathroom.

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! The condo was beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The balcony was large enough for all 6 of us to sit and enjoy. The property manager was very prompt getting back to us when we had questions. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful Surprise

I booked this unit and it was newly remodeled with few reviews so I looked at the pictures closely and took a gamble. The building is the typical old beach town building that is not run down but it's not new and posh from the outside. I was the first to go up in the family to see if the unit was ready & the exterior door had me concerned. I entered the key code and opened the door and I was BLOWN AWAY!! This unit is gorgeous! Every inch of it is remodeled beautifully. It is stunning! The beds, the showers, the couch..everything is perfect. Somehow I missed that there were 3 baths instead of 2 so that was an added bonus from the onset. The furniture is comfortable. Everything is tasteful & new & luxurious. The owners paid attention to detail on every inch of this property. I purposely brought my own microfiber cloth to clean because of my experience at a unit in Boardwalk. I had nothing to clean. I even tried to wipe down the chairs on the patio because they are exposed to the elements. My cloth came back clean. I will ABSOLUTELY stay here again. I've never stayed in a beach front property that didn't have sand on the floor when you get there because it's impossible to contain. There was no sand in this unit.

Wonderful place

My friends and I were very impressed with the condo. Had plenty of room for all five of us. Very clean and well maintained. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. We come once a year and will definitely stay here every time.

Beautiful condo

My family and a friend’s family had the best stay here at this condo. We had four adults and four younger children and the room situation was perfect. The pictures in the listing are on point, and what you see is what you get. It was very clean and also stocked with what you might need in the kitchen. The balcony overlooks the gulf, and it’s a fantastic view. You walk right out onto the beach, there is no crossing roads. The hosts called to make sure we were satisfied, and were also quick to answer texts. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I do want to say that some of the bedroom doors need some WD40, and the beds are kinda squeaky. Overall though, fabulous stay and well worth the rental

Senior trip for daughters and moms ! Couldn’t have asked for a better condo ! The location was fantastic ! No crowds ! Whatever mattresses they had in rooms, I now want one for myself !! I would definitely stay here again !!

Beach Wedding

Property was clean, nicely decorated, fairly convenient to the wedding venue. We had no issues during our stay so we never communicated directly with anyone other than an initial text. Parking was good, elevator good. I knew to bring xtras of things like tp & paper towels (information shared on the site)so no problem there. I would definitely rent again. My only negative comment would be that my 83 yo father had trouble with the "low" toilets & no grab bars.

Great Beach Condo, Neely updated, clean

The condo was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. Newly updated, decorated nicely with all amenities needed. The property is older, but well maintained on the outside and very quiet. We did get stuck in the elevator on the first night and had to wait for someone to come get us out. So, we took the stairs for the remainder of the trip.
