My family absolutely loved this house. The location was great. The house was clean and had lots of room. If we go back to Gulf Shores next year we will be staying at this house. This house gets a 10 out of 10 from us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well-thought-out house. Clean, comfortable, great amenities. Bender Realty good to work with. Loved the boardwalk access to the beach. Half bath in the carport-level storage shed a great idea. Our stay was great and it is highly likely we'll be back again. Very well maintained. Very kid friendly. I would suggest an ice machine for the kitchen, but that certainly isn't a complaint about this property. Our whole family loved the house and all it offered.

Fantastic Family Vacation Home

Fernhill by the Sea was a wonderful Family Vacation home. Plenty of room for 13+ to sleep and hangout. Loved the balconies, porches and boardwalk. It had lots of pots, pans and dishes for our family to cook huge meals. This is our second year staying here and hope to come back again!

Loves this house right on the beach and even better than the pictures

It was so nice to be right on the beach in a very nice house all to ourselves. The upstairs master was amazing with the balcony ! We could hear the waves as we fell asleep and watch the sun rise in the morning right from bed!
