There are four balconies, two are facing the lagoon and set up for outdoor dining and relaxing, and two are facing the pool and have a peek-a-boo beach view. A park style grill is available for great cook outs. Dining area has a table for six and bar stools for four. The pool can be heated in cooler weather.

Great location, one block from the beach. Only a two minute walk to Beach House Kitchen restaurant, S and S Seafood Market, Island Ice Cream and Treats, and Waves grocery store. We are one mile from the Hangout and loads of restaurants. We are 7 minutes from Gulf State Park, Waterville USA, 15 minutes from Adventure Island. There is plenty to do!
