About Heels In The Sand
Heels In The Sand was recently updated with a light and bright coastal feel. The brand-new pool deck and boardwalk with Trex composite material and stainless steel cabling, makes getting to your spot in the sun easier and cooler on your feet with no worries of splinters from traditional wood. A convenient shower is located on the boardwalk making it easy to keep the sand outside! The private pool can be heated during the cooler months for a nightly pool heating fee.
The 8 bedrooms in this beautiful home all have bathrooms attached, ceiling fans, and televisions. On the main living level guests will love the separate media room complete with a large television and a sofa sleeper. Bedroom 1 can also be found on the main level with a queen bed. The bathroom has a second entrance to the hallway and serves the main floor.
The second floor has 4 bedrooms, 3 of the bedrooms come with king beds and 1 of the bedrooms is a fun bunk room. The bunk room has a twin over-twin bunk bed and a queen over-queen bunk bed (the room sleeps 6), and each bed has its own 32” smart TV.
The top floor has 3 more bedrooms, 1 king room, 1 queen room, and 1 bunk room. The bunk room has 2 sets of twin bunk beds to sleep 4 guests. Remember there is a convenient elevator that will make traveling to all of the levels a breeze!

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not comply with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
