Great place for all to enjoy with short walk to the beautiful white sands beach. We loved how close, with many walking distance, we were to several restaurants and fun spots. A must do place for family and/or friends.

Labor Day getaway

Our family loved everything about this property from the location to all the amenities provided to us.The home was very clean and cozy..We had 14 guests that weekend and the home was very spacious and accommodating.Next time we are considering Gulf Shores as a weekend getaway we will definitely be staying here again.Highly recommended 10/10..

Family Vacation

This property has a perfect layout to accommodate several couples with everyone having their own space. We enjoyed its convenient location and how well the property was stocked. The only suggestion to make this place better is the check in process. We arrived 15min before check in. Unfortunately this property does not even allow check in 1 minute early as the code is on a timer. Typically this isn't a big deal but after traveling for hours with a baby adding a 10-15 min grace period would be helpful. But we enjoyed our trip and loved this house. We would certainly rent this place again.

After our experience last year at PCB through Vrbo I was very nervous picking a place to stay. Pictures can be very deceiving! But Casa de las Conchas was absolutely perfect! The house was very clean and beautiful, the furniture was very nice, the kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. All the bedrooms were very nice the bathrooms very clean! We loved the pool area with the huge bar area and patio table, we used that every evening! So nice! The beach access was not far at all, an easy walk. We vacation with 2 other families so there is 14 of us and this house did not disappoint! Our neighbors were very nice and friendly we spoke with them often when they were outside! Thank you Beachball properties everything was great and we enjoyed our stay! The only thing it lacked was needing more bath towels and washcloths! Thanks again and we can't wait to come back next year! Lynette (Indiana)

Excellent!

Clean and lovely, exactly as the pictures described and such an easy walking distance from the beach. Garage was full of beach and pool necessities. We didn’t need to contact the owner about anything, it was a great and easy vacation! Thanks so much!
