This house is absolutely stunning. It was the perfect getaway home for our family and our dogs. The neighborhood was so laid back and we really enjoyed walking our dogs in the evening. Highly recommend this home!!

We enjoyed spending Thanksgiving in this wonderful beach house. It was perfect for us with a big open kitchen, big decks, a large dining room table and private bedroom and baths for the adults. The kids enjoyed their "bunkbed room" and we all enjoyed our short walk to the gorgeous beach! We also loved the convenience of nearby amenities and the Gulf Shores community in general. We will definitely return and hope this beach house will be available when we do!

This property is nestled between natural vegetation and the coastline. Although you can enjoy an ocean view from the bungalow, be prepared to drive or walk 5 minutes with your beach equipment to get to the sand. The spacious decks and amount of outdoor furniture provide opportunities for enjoying outdoor time with your crew. Amenities were all that we needed to make precious memories with our friends.

Love the house. I had a little trouble with all the stairs, since I was scheduled for hip replacement when returning home. Truly enjoyed the stay. The only thing I needed was a full length mirror in the house. Love the dining table..... got alot done there.

The place was nice, clean, walking distance to beach. The queen bed in BR2 was not comfortable, like sleeping directly on the springs, but others were fine. Was lacking sheetpans or cookie sheets and a pitcher to make tea. So we bought both and left them there. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

If you want to stay in a great house on the quiet end of the beach, then this place is it. Beach access in walking distance or beach parking available. Incredible house with all you could want with comfortable beds. Also great deck shower and water house for cleaning up. We loved the local restaurants too and only a 15 minute drive to the main part of Gulf Shores. We had zero complaints but made some awesome memories. This house is great!

We loved our time in this house. We would choose this house again when coming back to Gulf Shores. The open concept makes it great for a big group. The 3 bathrooms are also nice when getting back from the beach and wanting to shower. We chose to walk to the beach each time we went because the walk is so short. You also have pretty good beach views from your house. Our AC went on the last day and someone was out to fix it within an hour. I would recommend his house to anyone I know looking to stay in Gulf Shores.

The pictures are completely accurate for this super cute house! From bath towels to a fully stocked kitchen we had everything we needed, plus more! Our group had plenty of space to hang out without feeling cramped. The location was perfect! A super quick walk to the beach and a short scenic drive into town. The outside shower, grill, and large patios were all so convenient and used a lot! We only had minor issues during our stay. The beach access parking pass in the home was from 2022 we messaged Brian multiple times and he responded incredibly fast each time, but we never received a current pass. I don’t think this was in his control, but whoever is in charge of the neighborhood and it didn’t stop us from enjoying our time. The mini fridge in the kitchen would have been a perfect place for drinks but it had a horrible smell so we just shut it and crammed everything in the big fridge. We would definitely stay here again and only regret not staying longer this trip!

The beach access was perfect - a short walk or, if you wanted to drive down the lane, a parking pass to the private beach lot was provided. Everyone had their own restroom and there was plenty of seating! Our group had rented several nearby houses and ours was the “gathering spot” - thanks to the spaciousness and abundant tables & seating. The kitchen had everything we needed. We could have used more and larger towels and there were no towel racks to hang them - so the kids kept throwing theirs on the floor. The property management company was quick to rely when we enquirer about use of kayaks on the property. They are not available for use - but the management company was very responsive and polite. We loved the porches and found ourselves enjoying the porch nestled in the trees most often with our morning coffee and books. We are already planning our return visit!

While the house accommodated our 12 guests, which was hard to find, it seemed like the house didn't offer much more than that. There weren't even enough bath towels for how many guests the house slept. This is became a major issue when the washer was not working. I believe we had issues with every appliance in the house during our three day stay - the washer, refrigerator, and the dishwasher. In addition, no one in the house could get connected to the wifi. It was a bummer that we had to worry about all of these issues during our short stay and had to have the maintenance team come twice in three days to fix everything. Overall, the stay was fine, and served the purpose of hanging out with our friends, but don't expect many amenities or basic home offerings while staying here.
