The house was very nice. Great location. The bed frame on one of the beds broke during the night, we informed the property manager the next morning, and they had someone there within an hour to correct it. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here with our 11-month-old son for a week. The house was in a great location. It was the perfect distance from the crowds, but still close to all the shopping and food options. The home was completely updated and felt like a high-end private home. Everything was extremely cozy and clean. We could not have asked for anything better.

This was a great week. The Sea Star should be the Shining Star. It was clean, cute, and current! The house was well stocked with great kitchen utensils and full appliances that worked well for us. We will be back!

Reviewer Comments: I can’t say enough about how nice this stay was for our family of 6 plus our “granny nanny.” From the outdoor shower to the composite wood lighted steps and deck and deck furniture to the great room with comfy furniture and really attractive lighting options to the spotless, well-supplied kitchen to the smart TVs in every room, the 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (plus another bathroom shared by the other 2 bedrooms and open to the hallway)—it just was so comfortable for everyone. It definitely felt like a getaway for our family. It’s located in a stretch of beach pretty distant from the condo towers so there was plenty of room on the beach to spread out and have space. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the small side, but everything is perfectly functional and comfortable. The property management was excellent and accommodating with great, unsolicited offers for help and simple instructions. We will definitely look up this property for our next beach trip.

The home was fully furnished and in a great location. The only downside was that people from across the street would try to go through the property gate to get access to the beach. Renters should probably not allow public access. Also, be sure to bring your own beach towels, trash bags, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and laundry detergent.

The large, open living, dining, and kitchen provided a lot of space for our entire group to hangout comfortably. The back deck was a hit when taking a break from the sand and for watching the stars in the night sky. We loved everything about this home. If I had one suggestion, it would be a hook on the door to hang a make-up bag, towel, or clothes on when showering in the back left bathroom and maybe a rug just inside the door into the main living area. Those things definitely did not break the deal. This home would be one we would rent again.

The management company was very good- everything layed out in advance and very responsive. We partially chose this house for the porch, which didn’t disappoint. Partially shaded and partially sunny, so that we could adjust during the day. Kitchen was very good for preparing meals. Close to everything, but far enough for the beach to be uncrowded.

Fantastic house

This rental was great. We loved the single floor layout, lots of room for everyone in common areas, great kids room, wonderful deck that was partially covered with lots of seating. Perfectly clean and well maintained. Communication with the host was amazing.
