Great views!

We enjoyed our stay. We brought our pup and walked the beach every day - enjoying sunrises and sunsets and finding shells. We'll be back.

This house is great, sits right on the beach, walk out back door and off the porch and you are on the sand. Had everything we needed to make it home for the week. Will definitely stay here again.

Beach vacation

This property was exactly what I needed for my vacation spot! The view and accessibility to the water exceeded my expectations! The deck was amazing and allowed enough space to hang out in the evening! The location was in a great spot and so close to shopping and restaurants! The house had ample space for four families, allowing everyone to have a bed! I hope to stay again!

Fantastic Beachfront

The ultimate piece of this location is the porch/deck that is expansive and a very few steps from the water. The house is older but clean with nice furnishings. My grandchildren LOVED our stay and didn’t want to leave. If you will be doing serious cooking, you may want to bring cookware to handle. We hope to return again.

Great location nice house getting a little worn you pay for location price a little high for house but like I said location, very clean other than dishwasher it needs to be deodorized. the add on fee,s could be cheaper but overall it was nice

Great location but needs upkeep

House is in a great location, everyone was great to work with, but the house could use some basic upkeep such as replace upstairs door handle, steam clean the arms of the couches, ect. Upstairs gets super hot.

Family Vacation

The house is in a perfect location if you’re looking for something a little further away from the large condos. Bedrooms are fairly spacious and the deck is amazing! The best part about the home is the deck and the fact that you’re 50 feet from water. The furniture in the bedrooms are completely outdated and the home needs some love. The kitchen and bathrooms could be re-done rather than letting it continue to deteriorate. Great location overall, just needs some updating for sure! Not sure if I would book the same spot again or not but feel like an honest review is needed.

Great spot but gross accommodations

The owner is not involved in making your stay a wonderful experience because they pay a property management company to handle everything. When has a property management agency ever been concerned about making your feel at home? Trash was piled high under the house, drain flys were inside the house and always buzzing in your face, the sink faucet has so much green slime growing in it you didn’t want to touch it, all plumbing fixtures were gross and old. Beach access was amazing.

Misleading and very overpriced!

Filthy cabinets and dirty and ghetto in general. No kitchen rags or towels. Property old and very outdated and in need of remodel. Clean beds. Spacious nice deck! Great location. An extensive report was taken by your representative who was so nice by phone weeks ago and we have not heard how you’re willing to compensate us.

Great location; horrible property

If you want a ocean front location and aren't picky about the interior of the house; this should be fine. But as you will note from other guests; this house is in desperate need of updating. Chipped paint, worn out fabrics, kitchen table cracked and barely standing. Holes in the walls, roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. It is seriously run down. Cheap metal blinds over the windows that don't offer complete privacy. Will not return to this location. Take everything that is stated by past guests as gospel.

Pros: so very close to beach Out side shower/ hose Clean and roomy Great washer/dryer Plenty bath towels Deck was great! Cons: sheets didn’t fit bed Only 5 wash rags Someone hadn’t cleaned coffee Pot ( yuck). I left it clean! Needed more dish soap Overall it was wonderful! Miner things that just need to be addressed. Maybe little things that Need to be put on a check list

Great, not Perfect

It was a great place with wonderful access. It was a little worn but, perfect for our trip. 8 guys on a bachelor party trip. 5 star down to 4 stars because the cookware was very worn and no large skillets. Try cooking 2 pounds of bacon 2 slices at a time. The other thing is they could have supplied garbage bags. We left the ones we had to buy even though they did not fit the trash cans well.

Beach and deck are gems

While this house could use some major updates, the location and beach access are winners. The reviews are pretty accurate, so we brought our own cookware. You can’t feed 16 people with two small pots and one crab boil pot. There were plenty of plates and silverware to go around. We did invest in some good vinaigrette tablecloths for the deck since the kitchen table was used for our gear. The beds are subpar and many of the mattresses in the bunk room are just blocks of foam (a downer for us since we had adults in the bunk room). The beach and newly redone deck though made this a pearl. Unfortunately, this is managed by Vacasa and they were not very attentive to issues with the house. The washer needs to be repaired, one of the bunks was broken , so two people slept on mattresses on the floor. This property could upgrade a little in the off season and really shine. We enjoyed our trip because we were together as a family. The weather was perfect and the beach was wonderful.
