Perfect beach house without all of the crowd and noise from condos. Perfect mornings of coffee on the screened porch. Easy, short walk to and from the water. Communication was great. Even my teenage son said he thinks that’s the spot we should stay yearly, so that’s a win!

The host was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. The location of the house was perfect. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. We will definitely be staying again

Host was great. Property was clean when we arrived. Had a small problem with the a/c and it was handled quickly. Plenty of room for our family. Beach access was just steps from the back porch.

Private beach and views were wonderful. House could use some updates. Water pressure in the house and hot water time was not great. Overall the stay was fantastic and hearing the beach every day was so good for the soul. Was able to see dolphins from the back porch daily.

The house was lovely! Right on the beach and not crowded at all. Kid friendly and fully stocked with everything we need. The only thing I’d suggest is to make sure you wear shoes on the porch because my daughter got a splinter in her foot. We’re planning on making another trip soon!

We found the house to be VERY clean, comfortable, well organized and “ready” when we arrived. The beach view is excellent and unobstructed. Walking distance to the beach is very short. The beach area behind the house feels like “our private beach”. The beach was not crowded or overly busy, even though it was “in-season”. Loved the back porch with the three large, comfy rockers! The night view of the ocean, with distant offshore lights and shrimp boats was fun to watch. Very peaceful, quiet place with the sounds of slapping waves and surf. Night time families with children hunting crabs with their flashlights was fun to watch… Nice place!

Amazing views & location

This was our first beach vacation & this property made it wonderful!! Amazing views, steps away from the beach and it was not crowded at all, perfect location! House was bright and beachy, had a everything we needed to be comfortable!
