Great location and home

We loved this house and location. The beach club resort and house 12 are both wonderful and we hope to return next year.

Clarity in advertising needed.

The listing has "private pool", there is no pool, only a broken hot tub. We called twice about the broken hot tub and were told the first time that they were coming to fix it and the second time that we did not pay for the hot tub and should have called ahead to pay extra for that "amenity". No where in the listing, does it mention this requirement. Household items were scarce. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and tiny sample toiletries for each shower (not enough for even one shower for the 9 people on our reservation). No dishwasher tabs, and one extra trash bag. The house was clean and the location was great, but the other issues were a distraction for the whole of our stay.
