北京國貿酒店住宿推介

「很好」

「Chef, we suggest need have the mask when they cooking the food and next, service personnel should suggest wearing masks if they are sick and catch cool ...」

「great location and spacious room, excellent service」

「非常棒！」

「很親切熱情」

「房間有股怪味」

「The hotel did an unauthorized charge a week before the arrival. Moreover, it was supposed to be "reserve now pay later". It took us much time and effort to stop the charge with the credit card company. The front desk staff, especially the one who did the check-in, was unprofessional and unfriendly. Many things didn't seem right about this hotel...too many...and it's supposed to be under IHG. The only thing that we were happy about was the breakfast. The room side and facilities were a disaster....

「Although Hilton isn’t the newest hotel in the area, it is indeed very well maintained. The staffs are very helpful and friendly overall. This is my second time staying here.」

「Okay」

「Hotel is in an alley and not very convenient Front lobby is non-existent, and the rooms are VERY SMALL!!! Photos and actual rooms are very far apart NOT RECOMMENDED!!!」

「Good location Good hotel Will come back again」

「效率高，態度好，房間有什麼需要的都即時提供服務。大堂職員樂於協助。」

「Good」

「地點很好，去哪儿都很方便，地鐵2號線就在門口，枕頭太軟有乳膠枕選擇就太好了」

「It was a nice hotel, an upscale brand of hotel chains. The decor was good, but with a small hotel concourse. Room was nicely decorated with decent size. Bit disappointed by the breakfast.」
