"Neighbourhood was great with proximity to forest paths, river and the famous Titisee and Schluchsee. The "detached quiet cottage for 4" left a lot to be desired. Transparency on costs per night: apparently price on Vrbo is for 2 persons, with each additional person at 15.80USD per night on my booking. Cleanliness: Living room sofa was full of hair from a previous occupant. The bed in the childrens room had traces of confetti or sweets from a previous occupant. Communication: Nothing...

"Auch wenn das Wetter zu Anfang nicht wirklich gut war, hatten wir eine sehr schöne Woche. Der Empfang durch die Gastgeber war sehr nett und herzlich. Wir und unser Hund wurden mit kleinen Geschenken verwöhnt und auch darüber hinaus fehlte es an nichts. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet. "Die Wohnung haben wir für das zweite Mal gemetet. Meine Familie kommt immer wieder zu Besuch und wir hätten gern was geeignetes um was gemeinsam zu unternehmen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sonnig; mit einem schönen sonnigen Balkon. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Mit wenigen Minuten Fahrt ist man zum Supermarkt verbunden. Die Vermieterin hat alle unseren Anlegen erfüllt (z.B wegen Internetverbindung , Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine). Wir würden die Wohnung gerne immer wieder mieten. Vielen Dank Frau Fuß"

"Charmingly appointed studio uphill from town of Lenzkirch in Southern Black Forest. Private balcony with nice views was perfect for breakfast and sitting in the evening. The only slightly minor initial inconvenience was having to get the key at a different location. Owners Christine & Gunther were very easy to communicate with and provided many local suggestions via the rental guidelines which they kindly translated into English before our arrival. :) ‘Loved our stay in the Black Forest!!"
