“This cottage is immaculately presented from the outside and in. It’s a great location and is only a very short walk to the centre of Betws-y-Coed. On road parking is available along the road outside the cottage and there are plenty of spaces further along the road if you can’t get directly outside. The cottage is modern and has everything you could need for a break in this beautiful part of Wales. My only negative point would be that the beds in one of the rooms are a little sunken and could do……

Greg provided us with all the information we needed prior to our stay and check in was easy. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Excellent value for money.”

“It is an amazing home! It’s clean spacious and right in the centre of Conway with easy access to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. The house is decorated with modern features and has lots of amenities e.g washing machine, dog bed and bowls, and everything you’d need for cooking. Would definitely recommend and will be going back again! Thank you”

“Perfect place for somewhere that is off the beaten track but still not far from anything you would want. Lovely two storey cottage with character and loads of information on places to go and things to do. Tons of varied DVDs available. Toilet downstairs and shower room with toilet upstairs. Wifi available but limited range can be problematic for some applications (e.g. streaming). Fab, clean hot tub. Friendly, helpful family run the farm and 2 cottages. ”

Easter cakes and chocolate had been left for us together with milk for that first all important cuppa. The cottage was immaculately clean Well equipped kitchen.
