“We love the property. The only problem we had was Waze took us into the school parking lot first and we had a nice tour of the school and the grounds. I then realized it was the next driveway. The alpacas were fun. Very friendly. The house left a bag of kibble in our unit to feed the alpacas with. They had a great alpaca gift shop.Something to note, one of the units is actually a basement unit. It does have windows so it does let light in, but it is below another unit and is a basement unit. “This unit has everything you need for a quick mountain getaway! The bedroom and living rooms were spacious and cozy, the kitchenette was well stocked with cooking supplies for basic meals, and the location is excellent! Walking distance from one trailhead and so close to Minturn shops and restaurants. The hosts were very communicative and even dropped off a box fan for us when the temps got kind of toasty. Overall, a great spot to stay! ”

“We loved this house, which was 5 minutes from family, where we were having an Engagement Party. We had plenty of room for the 3 sets of adults and 4 children ages 2 to 17. We weren't at the house much due to the party help we were offering and the party itself but the time we were there we were all very comfortable. It was great to be so close to where the party was held verses having to drive to town or the next town to a hotel. The owners were great about all communication and very……
