"The room was a good standard of cleanliness, and staff were polite and courteous, the room was also quiet considering the proximity to local pubs. My Fiancee loved the heated floor in the bathroom. My only fault was with how tempremental the app was to use with it not working in the lift multiple times. I appreciate it's a new thing the hotel have implimented though and the staff were than happy to give us replacement physical cards. Would stay again!"
