“We cut our stay short due to the fact that the upstairs neighbors were so loud til 12am. Noise started back up at 6am. Not a relaxing stay.”

“After we checked in and received the keys, we went into the unit to begin unpacking. To our dismay, the unit had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. The front desk was very apologetic and said they would take care of it, even though the cleaning crew had already left for the day. Giving the front desk, person credit, she actually came over and began the cleaning process herself. We left after that and do not know if she completed it herself or if a cleaning crew member came back to……

“The managers of the property were awesome!! The room was nice. Very centrally located to restaurants, and downtown. For older people with limitations or disabilities make sure you get on the ground floor, as there is no elevator. We needed an extra blanket, which the office gladly provided upon request. There were no amenities in the room, other than soap, towels, toilet paper, coffee maker and filters. So you have to buy or bring everything and haul it up 1 or 2 flights of stairs. Owners……

“Didn’t use the hot tub as it was so cold outside but appreciated that is was on and hot when we arrived.House location was perfect for walking to restaurants, bars and shopping.Loved the decor. Christmas decorations were especially appreciated ”

“Great location and views. Could walk everywhere (which was faster considering all of the traffic). Nice remodel and lots of space. Definitely could use a new mattress. We kept rolling to the center and didn’t sleep as well as we’d like. Loved having 2 bathrooms. Couldn’t watch tv because the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect. Wi fi was hit and miss overall. ”

“We didn’t visit the vineyards, but the cabin is perfect! So cozy and a great view of the lights in Helen. Property management was amazing and so helpful with communication ”

“Great place, but we were at the mercy of whoever checked in upstairs. If they were leaving early we could not sleep in. If they were up late it was too noisy to get to sleep. Otherwise the apt was clean and cozy. Just bring my some ear plugs to get a good nights sleep.”
