"ここ数年連続で「プレミアムスイート、64m2」に宿泊している者です。 施設はしっかり古さを感じますが、 自然が多く、大人から子供まで楽しめるので 何泊しても楽しめると思います。 ただ、例年は気になりませんが、 今回は、部屋の衛生面が酷くて 退室しようか家族で相談したほどでした。 2泊しましたが、清掃してもらっても、 しばらく洗ってなかったのか部屋着が臭くて着用できなかったり、 ソファの下に自分たちの物でない輪ゴム、 カーテンの下にはミニカー、 挙げ句の果てには、部屋の浴槽が気持ち悪いほど汚れており、フロントに電話して清掃してもらったほどです。 このランクの部屋だったからガサツに掃除されたのかはわかりませんが、ここ数年気に入って利用していただけに残念です。 ..."
