The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. "A beautiful hotel. My room was large, comfortable and very relaxing. However, I hated the neighborhood. It’s a sterile neighborhood of primarily government offices. And just trying to find the entrance to the subway was exhausting. Close by is the Shinjuku station which is one of the most complicated train stations in the world. It is in Shinjuku, which is considered the nightlife district of Tokyo. But the nightlife district of Shinjuku is nowhere near this hotel. I ended up taking taxis and Ubers almost everywhere. My largest complaint was that the restaurants were extremely expensive. They did not seem to have one simple medium to medium low price restaurant. If you walk some distance you can find lower price Japanese restaurants including a remarkably good Japanese Denny’s! No grand slams. Good hearty Japanese food. But I have zero complaints about my room and the service from the staff. By the way, the hotel is gigantic."

"Excellent location! The hotel is only about a 5-minute walk from two major subway stations, making it very convenient for getting around Tokyo. There’s a 7-Eleven right across from the lobby, a FamilyMart nearby, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room was okay, but most importantly, it was clean and comfortable. Getting to Narita Airport was also very convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again!"

"Great location in the “heart” of Shinjuku. The kids (teens) loved the Godzilla theme, and we appreciated being able to spot our hotel easily when exploring (it’s one of the tallest buildings in the area). The rooms aren’t big by American standards but fine for 2 people. We rented 2 rooms for the 4 of us and appreciated not having to share one bathroom for 4 people. The view from our room was amazing! Price felt like a deal for the convenience of the location and overall experience."
