"Super clean and in a central area in shinjuku. The area directly behind the 711 on the property often is dirty and littered with people sleeping in the street. That being said, it still felt very safe"

"Overall my experience was nice, the only complaint i can muster is that i felt one pillow felt a bit too hard for my liking, there was also a loose hanger, i believe for the shoe horn that was loose. In my opinion minor things and didn't ruin my enjoyment of my stay."

"The level of service is unlike anything else I’ve experienced. There was also a self-service laundry which was really helpful. The Sky Salon services were great. We had two amazing massages. There is also a sky lounge that provides great views of the city and complementary drinks. The hotel is close to Shinjuku station."

"Traditional style hotel with actual people working at the Front Desk (not computer), a lot of drawers in my room, Bell Captain desk taking care of my luggage and others, all rental clothing included (but not socks) Gym... I missed those good-old-days hotel. I will come back!! "

"Staff and service was excellent. Can’t say anything bad about the hotel itself. Also very business friendly. The buffet breakfast is also excellent but dining in the crossroads kitchen can be expensive. Beware about times, dining ends early in the area and you may be find yourself out of options very fast but there are options open until later at a somewhat walking distance (+800m)"
