"As an advocate of adaptive reuse of historic buildings I enjoyed experiencing the attractive converted apartment -hotel spaces. Somewhat more comfortable sofas/chairs would have made my stay nicer, as would retrofit of the street-facing windows to make them more sound-proof. Also, the environment along 7th Street seemed rather sketchy"

"Everything was perfect! We were greeted with a warm welcome and easy instructions to get to our room. Whenever we were concerned or needed to ask questions prior to our booking, our hosts were incredibly responsive. We were also welcomed with a very clean apartment, plus snacks included! We would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to LA, we’re definitely rebooking if we return!"

"Excellent instructions on how to find the place and get in. Decently located for Ubering to destinations. Walking distance to a Target, which was great for groceries. Unit was spacious and well equipped. Fast internet. One of the windows however couldn't be fully closed. Not a big deal because the AC unit was strong enough to keep out the heat."
