Really disappointed. Room condition (especially bathroom) was poor - bath not draining, tiles hanging off wall, needs a redecorate. The breakfast was nice but we were sat amongst a sea of uncleared tables. The hotel is definitely only an equivalent of a 4 star - there are better in London for equal money. I would not stay here again or recommend it. Overpriced for the service.

I had a great time on my trip. I would say the only thing of concern was the showers were a little snug with the doors. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and met my needs.

Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. They did not put us in the original room booked but found a room as we booked after the first night. We would stay again. Seeing both rooms some are in better condition than others but they all were clean and spacious for a room in London.

"The neighborhood is perfect for where we want to be as well as its proximity to the overground. My only issue is the bottom sheet kept coming off and really needs to be fits. I don’t want to sleep on a mattress at a hotel. Ugh."
