「Our host Patrick was very responsive to our needs. The condo is well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. There are lots of beach items available. The configuration of the bedrooms upstairs is a little awkward but doable for people that are not too concerned about absolute privacy. The location is excellent, parking no problem. There is a new washer and dryer. We had a great time.」

「The hosts were amazing and very helpful! They answered all our questions in a timely manner and provided us with a detailed list of near by grocery stores, restaurants and activities. The condo was accurate to the listing description and was located in a very convenient area. It was clean and well supplied. We were worried that the lack of an oven would be difficult to prepare meals but the toaster oven and hot plates provided were excellent and we were able to prepare all our meals!」

「We really appreciated Erik's flexibility and understanding! We unfortunately had to cancel our trip last minute due to a hurricaine forecast to hit in the middle of our trip. We found that our trip insurance would not cover cancellation unless our flight was cancelled or if we were on the island when the storm hit (which we did not want to risk). "Great value stay in Kauai, especially for families. This is probably the best value hotel we’ve stayed at in Hawaii. It’s not a luxury resort, but it offers everything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained without feeling outdated. The location is a huge plus. It’s close to the airport and within easy walking distance to Coconut Marketplace, where you can find restaurants and a grocery store. Not needing to drive for meals or snacks was extremely convenient. The hotel’s restaurant, Lava Lava Beach Club, is also delicious and worth trying. One of the most memorable moments of our stay was spotting a monk seal resting right on the beach in front of the hotel—such a special and unexpected experience. A couple of small things could be improved: the shower pressure in our room was a bit weak, and the public microwave in the lobby wasn’t very easy to find. Overall, this hotel is a great option for families. Our 2-year-old had a wonderful time here, and we would happily stay again on our next trip to Kauai."
