I had a great stay at place It was vacation ready, just put your bags away and start getting ready to indulge.The house was very clean and the pool and patio are lovely. There is a supermarket also restaurants and bars in the area maybe a 10 minute drive . I definitely recommend it and will be going back and making that my home base. Thanks again

Perfect famiky vacatuon home

Annual Golf Trip from Canada

The home was exactly as promised. Well equipped and clean. The included pool/hot tub heat was a nice bonus and was greatly appreciated. Very detailed binder in the home for directions (if needed). This property will be a future bookmark for certain!! Highly recommended.

Terrific Vacation

Our family stayed in September 23 for 11 nights. The villa was just as described. It was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The pool was lovely and we swam daily. The villa was about 40 minutes from Universal and about 30 minutes from Typhoon Lagoon. We had a couple of minor issues but Gail and Becky from the management company couldn’t have been better. The community was great. Walmart just around the corner and plenty of restaurants close by.The security staff at the gate were polite and courteous. Tina supplied all necessary information. We would definitely stay again in future.

Comfortable and convenient

The villa was very comfortable and furnished with a more modern feeling than others I have stayed in. It was well equipped with everything we could need and located on a lovely secure and quiet gated community. The communication from the owner was great and the whole process of checking in with the gate house was straight forward. The pool and hot tub which we had heated were lovely (the nicest I’ve encountered to date) and very much needed after long days in the theme parks. The air conditioning was very welcome after spending long days in 30 degrees, sadly a contractor tending to the grounds broke it so our last 4 days were somewhat hotter than planned as it wasn’t repaired before we left. When the I4 was moving without crashes getting to Disney parks was fairly quick and easy. Walmart literally minutes down the road which sells everything you could possibly need. The villa could do with the paintwork freshening up in places and the dark flooring in the main living area would benefit from a deep clean but these minor issues don’t detract from the comfort or convenience of the villa and we would certainly consider it again for future visits.

Great Stay

Just Back for 3 week stay here and we already miss this relaxing place. We Have rented many villas during the years in Orlando and the around zones,so we have experience . We can say that this house is one the best ones we have ever stayed at. It's clean,well taken ,roomy ,the fornitures are new. They provide everything you may need. Wi-fi worked very well. Laundry facilities worked smoothly. The best part of the house is the pool.We spent many hours at pool-It's bigh enough and the water was always very warm.Pool deck is always covered by sun.The Hot tub was a nice touch too. There was a table next to the pool that was very useful for our lunches at pool. The villa is a bit far from the main attractions but in 30-40 minutes you will be in the action at WDW or Universal.Traffic is always very heavy around Highway 4. There are many restaurants and shops down the main road so you will find something you may like for sure. The Community is gated so everytime you have to stop and show your permit to a vigilant. I have no complaint about this villa,I may just say that we rented it for 3 weeks and on the last week the pool cleaning staff didn't come so our last days weren't very comfy with the water of pool. Served our needs for R & R

The area was nice and well kept. We had issues with the air conditioning not working when we first arrived and it took several days to resolve which was unfortunate but otherwise the rest of our stay was nice. The house was clean and roomy and we enjoyed the pool and spa very much. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic!

My family stayed here for 9 nights and had a great time. The villa was clean, well maintained and had everything needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Located in a beautiful gated community that was close to all amenities. Tina was quick to answer questions throughout the booking process and was a pleasure to deal with. Don’t miss out on this one! 5 Stars is correct

I’ve rented several homes in the Disney area, nothing quite as complete as this. Great lay out, bathroom off the pool for quick access. Spacious, clean, affordable, im SOLD. Private pool, jacuzzi is a added PLUS, most rentals don’t have heated spa. Centrally located 30 min max from everything. I loved it, I will save this villa for future trips! Thanks for renting your home!

Exceeded our great expectations

Thank you for a lovely visit March 14-17. Your home was all we hoped and more! We bought more ping pong balls and even took out the trash on Thursday before we left. As 4 adults we left the villa in the same wonderful condition we found. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you for good mattresses and pillows, most appreciated.

Nice house excellent owner

Great little house in Haynes City. Was about 40-60 minutes away from all the main attractions depending on freeway congestion. House was clean but needed some deep cleaning that hopefully will happen after letting owner know. Pool was great temperature and house was in working order with some things needing repair. Overall I would stay again and the owner was excellent to work with.

Wonderful Vacation Property!

The house is VERY welcoming and VERY clean. Tina is incredibly responsive and so is the management company. We stayed for a little over three weeks and the house was great!!! The pool and hot tub were clean and functional - great to use after a long day at Universal Studios. The beds and bedding are very comfortable and the Family room has comfy and plentiful seating. The kitchen has everything you need or you could go to Manny's for dinner which is awesome, be sure to ask for SKIP - he is the BEST server (he is there Tues to Sunday). I would happily stay here again and again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay! The pool area is great and pretty private compared to other homes we’ve seen and we loved that. My kids really enjoyed the game room! My only issue with that was that it had no a/c so even with the fans on it was really warm. Despite that, the kids spent hours there. The house itself is wonderful and there was plenty of room for all 8 of us. We were extremely impressed that if there were any issues they were dealt with promptly. It is really such a lovely property and we would love to stay again! Thank you Tina for a great stay!!!

Beautiful home!

I highly recommend staying at this house. It is a perfect size for my family of 5. My parents, sister and niece came to visit and there was plenty of room for them to stay a couple of days. The pictures on this listing aren’t updated so the house looks much better in person. My family and I loved the pool and jacuzzi, they were perfect after 4 days of Universal parks. Tina is a great host and answered all of my questions in a timely matter. The distance from Orlando was a little more than I expected with all the construction and traffic, but the house was worth the drive.

Fantastic Property, great location.

From the booking to check out, the whole experience was excellent. I received a prompt response from Tina with any queries and property details and she even accommodated our date changes due to Hurricane Ian. The villa was located on a lovely gated community, very pretty and quiet. The villa was beautiful and the photos don't do it justice. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen was very well equipped. The games room was a lovely extra but the pool cues do need replacing. We only had one problem during our stay, the waste disposal wasn't working, but I emailed the management company and someone was there the next day and resolved the problem. The pool and lanai area were lovely to relax in all our party enjoyed their stay. Would definitely return to this property.

Room for improvement

Dear homeowners, house needs some improvements, I thought carpet in living room was filthy, furniture was filthy, dishwasher did not work, latch on the door was broke, the door needs new seal, had mold and dirt on it. The service man that was sent out to reset the TV’s was very helpful and he knows about the dishwasher. Cables are old on back of TV’s had to wiggle them to get the picture. Pool area was dirty, hair around ladder and in the pool, could smell the chlorine in the pool area. House needs updates, showers need new doors, mold on tiles, toilet in master bathroom makes a noise. House did not smell fresh, had a old smell, maybe coming from carpet or furniture, bed mattresses need changed, has weak areas in the mattresses, don’t take this as a picky review, I am trying to improve the house because I would want someone to be honest with me to improve for the next person. Just trying to help. Sidewalk coming up to the house was moldy, needs pressure washed. Hope this helps. Thanks for letting me stay at your house.

Wir waren 7 Nächte in der Villa. Alles war wunderbar, wir haben uns super erholt. Der Pool ist schön groß und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag konnte man wunderbar im Whirlpool entspannen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
