“For the price point above nearby large hotels, I expect better breakfast, hygiene (bath tub not clean enough), refill of tissues, especially for ppl coming with kids. Otherwise reception staff are very helpful”

“The location is very convenient and close to the airport express bus stop. The staff are kind and helpful, and the room is spacious enough for two large suitcases to be opened comfortably. The breakfast offers a great variety of Japanese dishes, and the ice cream is a nice bonus!”
